Wedding Ceremony
Wedding ceremonies are held in the architecturally designed Peterson House Chapel. Featuring individual seating for 150 guests, handcrafted timber trusses and sandstone blocks. This brand new chapel is surrounded by sweeping vineyards and is nestled perfectly in the spectacular Hunter Valley countryside.
As an alternative to a chapel wedding, at Peterson House you will have access to the entire property, and if would prefer you can choose an outdoor garden ceremony at numerous locations on the grounds.
After the ceremony having full access to the property also gives you a variety of locations for your wedding photographs.
An experienced Wedding Coordinator will assist in all aspects of your wedding planning and will ensure your special day flows seamlessly.

Wedding Reception
Your wedding reception will be situated in the restaurant Cuvée, a picture perfect, award-winning restaurant which is ideally placed within the surrounding Hunter Valley landscape.
The restaurant itself is an architecturally designed sandstone building, featuring enormous recycled timber and iron beams with wooden panelled floors. It is modern, yet still intimate and romantic.
