The Greenhouse Eatery is a wonderfully, unique venue which has put thought and care into every aspect of its spaces and offerings. From the energy, efficient systems, food waste and recycling care, the native planting on the sunlit terraces and natural materials used throughout the venue to the freshest, seasonal menus and quality craft beers.
Halfway between the vibrant, cultural City of Newcastle and the magnificent coastline and dunes of Port Stephens, this is the perfect spot for you and your family and friends to celebrate your wedding, an ideal escape for a weekend wedding to enjoy the diversities of the surrounding areas.

The Ceremony
There are two equally stunning locations to choose from for your wedding ceremony. The Greenhouse is nestled into the manicured greens and bushland of Pacific Dunes and is, therefore, an oasis of tranquillity, whichever ceremony location you choose. A beautiful wedding setting with perfect views of the lake or on the intimate private lawn, with a purpose-built Arbor surrounded by native trees and shrubs. After the ceremony, you and your wedding party will be escorted around by golf (Bridal) cart to make the most of the stunning locations for some inspired wedding photography.

The Reception
We pride ourselves on offering local, sustainable great quality produce, some of which we grow ourselves in our Kitchen Garden and some which are locally sourced, we have an award-winning team of chefs who will prepare the perfect wedding menu for you and your guests.
Enjoy drinks, canapes and lawn games with your guests on the Orangery Lawn, before entering our beautifully designed, high ceilinged event space Whether your wedding party is intimate or large, we can configure the space to suit your needs. There is plenty of room to socialize and dance or enjoy a romantic time together in front of the large sandstone fireplace.
The wedding reception is a unique event space.
